New Moon in Aquarius: Align With the Cosmic Energy of the Water Bearer

Happy New Moon week!

This New Moon arrives in the sign of Aquarius on Thursday.

Aquarius is represented by the mystical healer - the water bearer - an ancient constellation known to bring spiritual life and energy to the world. Aquarius is a most humanitarian astrological sign. Aquarian energy is a rebellious, individualistic energy at heart - an air sign with a nonconformist, free spirited approach to life.

New Moon in Aquarius

Right now, the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn are all in Aquarius, so we can expect to experience big visions, a deep connection to our personal freedom, and even a sense of having the ability to travel within our own mind.

These next few days are for sitting in the quiet and casting a vision for the lunar month ahead.

HOW TO ALIGN WITH COSMIC ENERGY

🧘🏼‍♀️ Tune in. Slow down, listen to your heart, and trust your inner wisdom. Meditation is a magical way to do this — get stuck trying to meditate? Start with 1 minute, then 3, then 11 until it becomes something you look forward to doing each day.

🌬 Breathe. Breathing is truly the greatest pleasure. Breathe deeply, until the sweetness of the air you’re drawing in washes away your fear and lifts up your dreams.

✏️ Journal: A daily practice in which you write about the world in which you want to live, about the release of the past, about the stories of your life will connect you to the depths of you feelings, while expanding your sense of who you are and can become.

🤸🏼‍♀️ Move: When we move our bodies we light up our creative energies. Play, run, hike, dance — just feel your body and get to know what she can do.

🔮 Ritualize: When engaging in ceremony we’re fully awakened. We access our highest forms of intelligence and creativity while remaining grounded and connected.

Everyday is a new chance to practice, a new chance to love yourself, and a new chance to align with the stars.

In Culte La Lune course we practice these 5 experiences everyday.

It’s self love by the light of the moon.
