6 Things To Do More Of To Activate Your Manifestations + 4 Ways to Upgrade Your Lifestyle in '23

In 2019 I was achieving goals I’d set a few years before. I was traveling and getting paid to do it, had just published a book with a major publishing house, had moved in with my bf (now husband), and had the best friends anyone could ask for.

Things felt bright.

And then ‘20 forced me (like so many of us!) to make some major life pivots — and on the other side, I realized, helllooooo! I’d actually been setting my goals too low. I was focusing only on what I could see right in front of me, on what I believed was possible in my current realm.

This is not a bad thing, btw! Life is a constant process of evolution and celebration. When we notice a goal we’ve previously set feels too small, that’s an indicator it’s time to level up our lifestyle.

We can do this by redirecting our focus, reconsidering our dreams, and restructuring how we spend our time. Today, I regularly set wildly ambitious goals, and I’m moving closer to them every day with less hustle and more flow.

I care for my mindset, mental health, body, and relationship with the divine. My friendships are expansive; I surround myself with the most inspiring people. My relationship with my husband is one of respect and kindness. My business has grown x 3 in the last two years, and I’m lit up by what I’m so fortunate to do every day!

Here’s how I’m making this happen —

on any given week, I focus on these four areas of life:

- well-being

- spirituality

- relationships

- wealth

To have a lifestyle in which I’m truly showing up as the highest version of me, it takes all four of these pillars to find wholeness. Let ‘23 year be the year in which you embrace this approach!

How do we Make this year one in which We step into our most vibrant and thriving selves?

 Start by doing more of these six things below. Take a moment to journal on each of the prompts to help shift your mindset and create sustainable transformation.

Less Ego - More Heart

  • What are you doing because you think you should versus because you truly feel called to do that thing?

  • What are you doing because you see others do it and get rewarded? 

  • Why do you want to have a specific thing on your manifestation list? 

  • What’s something you can do to show someone kindness? 

Less Thinking - More Feeling

  • What’s your current process for making decisions? 

  • How are you feeling right now? 

  • When a new feeling arises, how do validate it?

  • How do you process it? And how do you release it?

  • How do you quiet your mind to listen to your body? 

Less Doing - More Being

  • What’s currently on your schedule that isn’t truly serving you?

  • What are you dreaming of that you don’t think you have time for today?

Less Scrolling- More Seeing

  • How much time are you spending on the phone? 

  • What’s happening in your IRL community to help you move closer to your dreams?

Less Have to - More Get To

  • What are you saying yes to? 

  • What are you saying no to? 

  • What’s your process for setting boundaries? 

Less Guilt - More Pleasure 

  • When was the last time you felt guilty?

  • How did that sensation show up in your body?

  • When was the last time you experienced pleasure? 

  • How did that sensation show up in your body? 

  • How do you decide if it’s for you when someone asks something of you? 

  • When you consider play - how do you make space for that in your life?
